Charge 3 stopped vibrating for notifications

My Charge 3 will send notifications to my phone but it has stopped vibrating. I’ve checked the app notification settings, the watch notifications, had my phone forget the device and reset it up, and restarted the device itself. Nothing is working. Help!

Thank you so much-it was either in sleep or do not disturb mode and once I made sure those settings were off, it started vibrating again. I appreciate the help!
