I went swimming with my charge 3 yesterday and woke up at 5 am with it vibrating constantly and turning on and off. I could not get it to stop. I put in on the charger and it quit but the went to a loading bar. I took it off the charger and now it won’t turn on. I’ve only had it for a year and had only swam with it twice. I have reset it and it is working but the heart rate monitor is showing higher than normal heart rates which is causing my active minutes to be inaccurate. I woke up with my active minutes being at 145. Right now just sitting here my heart rate is being measured at 141 which is not correct. What else can I do to resolve this issue?
Well since no one bothered to answer this I went to customer support. What did they tell me? That the waterproof charge 3 that I have only had for one year and one month Has water damage and that I could buy another one for a 25% discount. But why would I continue to buy another Fitbit when the two (Alta HR and Charge 3) both stopped working in a year? I will NOT be buying another FITBIT. You have lost my support. Thank you for nothing.
