fit bit charge 3 been playing up for a month now. Made multiple complaints in this group and hasn’t got me anywhere.
fit bit started showing black lines across the screen and was working fine with them for around 2 weeks then more starting showing and the fit bit stopped syncing to my phone (iPhone 11 pro plus) did everything everyone has suggested and nothing works it might connect for maybe 30 minutes.. if that... then suddenly it stopped connecting all together and stopped counting my steps and heart beat showing the wrong date and wrong time. Then tonight after charging my watch the screen has completely gone white and has stopped working all together.
where do I go from here? My warranty is still in date until 10/2021 ..
can someone from Fitbit please message me regarding my Fitbit charge 3, in which is completely rendered useless now and can not be used.
