Hi my charge 3 has stopped working. It was charged at about 70%, then started vibrating and becoming locked on the show notifications screen, flashing on and off and vibrating, then went blank. I’ve tried restarting it several times by plugging in the cable as indicated on the forum. Nothing works and it is still blank. It simply vibrates for 6 seconds then stops and no screen life. Is it dead or is there something else I can try?

Same exact thing happened to my wife's Charge 3 this morning. She left it with me to troubleshoot, and I came across this post. Sadly, I have no idea what to do with it.
