Charge 3 stopped working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Sadly, after spending a lot of $ I was advised my 13 month old charge 3 was dead and they offered me  discount on their clearance items.  How can I purchase another Fitbit when the company doesn't even have faith if their own product with only a 12 month warrenty. Nothing to stop the new Fitbit purchase from crapping out in 13 months again. I declined and have since purchased a smart watch elsewhere.

Hi there @Sbrysnik, welcome to the Community Forums. We understand and respect your decision regarding the 25% our Support Team previously offered.

Please note that our main purpose is to avoid negative experiences to our customers, we're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. Then, if the tracker is deemed defective we review eligibility using the one year warranty option.

Additionally, our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can.

I understand that the outcome of your case with our Support Team is not fulfilling your expectations, but keep in mind that every case is completely different from the other's, thanks for taking the time to share your experiences and feedback. For more information about the outcome of your case, please get in touch with our them again and also, you can check our warranty policies here for a better understanding of the information that they provided to you.

Thank you for your response but I no longer have faith in your product. I can get a longer warranty on 100$ smart tv than what your company offers on its products. I didn't appreciate the insult offer for the discount on your clearance items. You have your policies to stand behind. I as the consumer have the choice to give you my hard earned dollars or not. I choose not to.  My community post was mearly to advised consumers of my experience so they can make an informed decision. Respect my decision and refrain from further correspondence and contact.
