My Fitbit charge3 is not working for past sometime and I thought of seeking help here. Here are the symptoms:
- It vibrates when I press left button
- It showed smiley and progress bar when I help the left button for 8+sec while USB was plugged in
- No battery status on the screen
- No green light at the back
Looking for suggestions

Thanks for taking this forward with support. I appreciate. I connected with them today but it seems that my Fitbit charge 3 is more than a year old [purchased Mar 2019] and does not fall under replacement policy 😞
There isn't any additional troubleshooting to identify the issue or to correct it 😞
I wish Fitbit make some provisions wherein we [Customers in India] can give away the existing Fitbit for refurbished or latest Fitbit at discounted rates.
