On my wife's Charge 3 one side of the strap keeps coming off - it won't stay clicked into place, this also happened over a year ago around the same time old charge HR2 strap broke off.
Fitbit were kind enough to replace my Fitbit and the strap on my wife's one - now her strap is doing the same thing again on one side. Is there a trick for keeping it clicked into place? it slides onto the Fitbit ok, but won't stay there in place - I've had a look at it to see if something is missing or broken, but it doesn't look like anything is missing or broken
does anyone have any ideas how to keep the strap clicked into place?
thanks in advance

It's great to see you around, @NZNick.
Thanks for checking the information about the bands of the Charge 3. If you are still having issues with this, I recommend checking the article: How do I change my band on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
Let me know how it goes.
