My charge 3 is not syncing with either iOS or Android... what’s going on?

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:
If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Mine's the same. I removed the tracker and then tried to add it again, but now wont' let me. Its finds it, but doesn't sync or connect. I've tried all the things it says to do in the help section, but none of them work. Think I'll have to contact FitBit. Very frustrating.

Same nagging affliction but this time nailed it.
Finally followed directions of last resort by force closing Fitbit app, turning off Bluetooth. Finally turning off iPhone 8, restarting iPhone 8,opening Fitbit app and pairing once more with Bluetooth. Suggest following sequence set forth in the instruction guide as forgoing is based memory.
Anyhow I’m synced now. Not sunk. Know it’s frustrating but don’t give up. Believe me if I did it you can. wilpow15
