Charge 3 straps not attaching

I have several straps for my fitbit which I bought a year and a half ago. And I am having issues changing g straps. None of the are attaching on the top. The bottom works fine but the top doesn't. I can't even get the strap I just took off to attach. Please advise. And yes I tried moving it back and forth and up and down.

Thank you!

I take off my bands once a week, clean them and rotate them.

Today I had trouble getting one side to clip on.

What worked, is I used my finger nail and pressed repeatly on the little ‘clasps’ that the band connects with on the pebble itself. They were in the ‘down’ position so the band wasn’t catching.

Hope that helps you.

Thanks for your quick response. That article was where I saw the suggestion to to wiggle. And have been able to change straps in the past sometimes with issues for certain straps but not all. This time it was for all straps. I have about 6 (2 received with Fitbit and 4 or 5 bought three Best Buy)

Thank you that seems to have worked with one strap. I used tweezers as I don't have nails that are long enough. I will give my watch a clean in that area before I try again. Thanks sooooo much I really appreciate it.

The problem was the latch on the back of the "watch" was stuck in the down position. I used a pair if tweezers (lightly) underneath the latch to lift it back up. That worked for me. Another user is just used their nail. And that worked for them. Hope it helps!

The latch is the button you press to remove the strap.
