I have two different fit three charges. First one the screen has the Fitbit logo and 001 and will not except a reset or anything. I have followed all troubleshooting steps cannot get it to do anything but it’s charged. The second one is fully charged as well but it’s a blank screen so I removed it from Bluetooth in the app and tried to reset it up and it’s finding the device but then asking for a pin number off the screen but the screen is black. So now I have two of these fit bits that I cannot get to work. Does anybody have a solution for either one of these issues. I have tried the hard reset, And every single step I have found in the community forums. There’s no reason I should have two of these devices that were gently used less than a year and neither of them are working. Please if anyone has a suggestion to fix either one. Again one has a dark screen but it’s fully charged the other is fully charged but has the Fitbit logo and the 001. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am so disappointed in Fitbit right now
