Charge 3 swim exercise pausing

My charge 3 timer does not work in the pool. Every time I’ve used it the timer pauses and this I’ve lost track of the time. The timer in the swim workout does work but it counts up (shows time left in bottom but way too small to read in pool). If this is swim proof all functions should work in the pool. Looking forward to a response.

Can you please tell me how are you registering your swim exercise? Are you selecting this directly from the tracker? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I track my swims with my Fitbit device?.

I am not using the tracker as my swim won’t be counted as steps by my insurance company for reimbursement so I just use my timer countdown. It should work without pausing just like my regular cheap waterproof timex Ironman Watch. The timer on swim tracker counts up in large type style but their time left is too small to read well in the pool. There should be no reason for the time on the timer settings on the watch shouldn’t work smoothly.

I have a Charge 4, and it keeps doing the same thing. Annoying as $&?!!!!

while swimming. I rely on how it make sure I get the cardio and fat burn I need.
