I have a Charge 3. Had one for over a year and a half. No issues with anything on it at all. Firmware update came through and the setup looks great. However, since the firmware update occurred, I haven't been able to sync my Fitbit much, and not at all recently. I was able to get through maybe once or twice, but each time, I had to un-pair and re-pair the device, losing valuable steps. I haven't been able to successfully sync this in nine days. I've tried but it doesn't find it. Once I reboot the device, it shows up briefly under Bluetooth devices, but then disappears and only appears again after a reboot. I bought my wife an Inspire 2 for her birthday last week and that one shows up every time.
I have tried all troubleshooting steps possible. Restarted everything. Refreshed everything. Made this the only Bluetooth device on my phone. Mission failed.
I have gone through customer support. It's beyond out of warranty so I have no other alternative but to purchase a new Fitbit at an adequate, but not great, discount. There's nothing else wrong with the device, so it's an unnecessary purchase.
My phone is a Motorola Z Play Droid. Yes, it's old, but it runs well and I've had a Fitbit since the Flex 2 days and I've always synced successfully before on this phone, so it's not a phone issue.
I'm seeing posts all over the place the past few days with the same exact issue to a T, so I am willing to believe this is a firmware issue 100%. Please advise on a resolution.

I again had to clear my user data and was able to get it to re-sync last night, losing the last 8 days of info. It seems to be ok now as I could sync it this morning too, but I still feel there is some type of firmware issue involved here. Wanted to provide the update
