I just upgraded my iPhone to the new iPhone 12 Pro, but unfortunately doesn't sync properly with my Charge 3 Fitbit. Yes, the iPhone software is updated to iOS 14.4. And yes, the Fitbit is updated as well. It seems to be tracking my steps, sleep, etc. but will only sync if I plug in the Fitbit -- that's not convenient or handy! Also, the time on the Fitbit is anywhere between 2-10 minutes slow. What gives??

Note that the time on your Fitbit Charge 3 should update after a successful sync.
