Charge 3 syncing and vibration issues

Fitbit Charge 3 not counting time properly and don't synchronize time, not vibrating for call and messages. Minutes of moving very inaccurate. Often showing only half time of moving or even less.

Now about the minutes of moving, can you please be more specific about it? Is your tracker registering them? Is your app showing the correct information? Keep in mind that after syncing your device, it will display the correct time.

I've been reboot my Fitbit charge 3. After that is even worse. For exp I'm working 7 hours at work and Fitbit showing 13 min only. I'm going to shop 15 min, Fitbit showing nothing, now not showing steps only floors. For exp now is 12.20 and I've got 4 floors 0 steps. It's really hard for me because is very important to me got every day 30 min and min 8000 of steps. I'm sure I'm doing it because my Fitbit charge 2 showed for me sometimes even 2 hrs of move and 12000 steps every day when I was at work and I'm doing the same. I'm really getting mad that I'm decide to got new wersion of fitbit

Hi, sorry about nor reply so long. Nothing helped to connect and charge

Now screen is black and not mark about charging. Only vibrating when I'm touching button. What I should do with? I tried long restart but not working
