Charge 3 syncing issue tip

I finally figured out that my Charge 3 will sync every time if I turn my PIA VPN off first.

Basically fitbit requires a stable internet connection to sync. While it may be reasonable in some cases, users will not always expect it. IMHO, it should remove this dependency and also make the error message more clear (instead of just sync error).
