Charge 3 syncing issues

I use Samsung Galaxy S9 and apple iPad. Both have issues finding device. Finally found device. On the Charge 3 it shows 9 out of 9. On the app it only shows 8 out of 9. Did not find device until hour 2. Does not sync with Walgreen app all the time.

If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.

 

About the hourly activity tile, we have escalated this to our team. Once we have more information about this, we will be glad to share it with your.

 

Now about Walgreen, try the following steps:

  1. Logged out and back into the Walgreens App on Fitbit (Today > Account > Your Device >Apps > Tap the Gear on "Walgreens" Apps
  2. Logged in, out and back into Walgreens App on phone
  3. Logged in, out, and back into Walgreens website
  4. Uninstalled and Reinstalled Walgreens App in Fitbit and on Fitbit
