My Charge 3 stopped syncing on Feb 16. It appears to sync with the app (although the app says its taking a while, sit tight...), and throughout the day, the app reports correct data - i.e. it is the same on the device and the app. However, the next day, the app counters revert previous days to zero across the board. The web site says I have not synced since Feb16, although I sync at least two or three times per day. All the data I have about the last 2 weeks is gone. I have restarted the device, reinstalled a fresh copy of the app, updated my phone and done a restart on it, but have not had any luck in fixing the issue. Anyone got any ideas about how to fix this? Is it just coincidence that it was about the same time that FitBit was sold to Google...... 🙂

Thanks. I may not be able to afford what SHOVEL bought, assuming I can decipher the brand. At a loss as to what to do. Most important features for me are notifications of calls/texts on phone, heart rate. Don't need/want to pay for so many "cool" features younger folks love.
Mine quit working on March 6, 2021! I needed to show my cardiologist my hr information on April 2. Well, it came as a big surprise when I could not get any information out of the app. I have also done all the same steps as @Shovel, except deleting and re-installing because I really need the information on the watch currently to download. I had an incident where I passed out, and I need the hr information from this Saturday.
Best AnswerI didn't know they had partnered with Google...so that is good to know! Google already spies enough through my phone, the last thing I need is them reporting, every calorie I intake to my doctors!
Thankyou for sharing your fitbit issues on the forum. I've been having issues syncing for six months and now it 'hasn't synced' since the 16th April. Same as you the data is there (after many many many attempts to sync) but all previous days are zero and the following day the data is gone.
I've been with fitbit for five years, I've had three replacements and seven fitbits in that time... If your data wipe idea doesn't work for me then I too am heading to the rival because I am beyond frustrated that a fitbit can't keep up with someone with chronic fatigue!!!
I've experienced syncing problems since the end of April which sounds like the outage issue. I've just tried the Android link to see if I can solve the problem but it says access denied.
Please can you assist, I've had so many issues with my charge 3 in the last 18 months I'm close to finding an alternative as I find the motivation vital at the moment.

I contacted the support team via chat. They asked if I had troubleshot the devices using all the links, which I had.
they could not resolve the issue. It is totally intermittent. It synced all day yesterday. Today it won’t.
This is Ladydorad again. Started with No internet problem again. It was syncing good for about 1 to 2 weeks after I complained on here, now it started again with No internet notice everytime I try to sync. What is the problem Fitbit. I'm on here and it needs internet to write this.
