My Charge 3 is just over a year old (so out of warranty.) Twice now I’ve gone for a walk, come home and synced with my phone. Then a few minutes later the device showed a smaller number of steps. Has anyone else had this problem?

It's weird to hear that your tracker is taking your steps away. Are you manually logging any type of activity that might be doing this? If so, I recommend deleting that activity and see if your information goes back to normal.

My new charge 3 stopped displaying my steps completely, I have to go on my phone for steps count. How do I fix that?

Yes, in both cases I had manually logged the activity before the steps disappeared. I’ll check if that’s the reason. Thanks!
