Hi, I recently got a Fitbit for Christmas. I set it up to sync with Strava and went for a run earlier this week and it worked no problem. I went on a second run this morning and it has not synced the run to my Strava account.
It's been 2+ hours now since I finished the run and still no sync. I have followed the steps mentioned in other posts when people encountered this issue - disconnecting accounts and reestablishing the connection to no avail. Do you have any other idea how I can fix this issue?
Note: I did record the run on my Fitbit and using the Strava app to compare #'s. I did the same thing for my initial run (that worked) and it didn't seem to cause any issues besides recording the run twice which I know will happen if I do that.

Hi Alejandra,
I saw that post before and followed those steps but it did not get it to work for me. Any other ideas how to possibly fix this?

Is your tracker syncing properly with your Fitbit account? If so, this issue might be directly from Strava. Please reach Strava customer service for further instructions.
