I got a new phone, now my FB only shows that i have a new message not able to read message on FB.

The only thing I’m able to get is phone calls when they come in.. I’m not getting anything else and notifications and everything is on

I feel your pain.  Mines been like it for 6 months and they can’t offer any solutions, they did a software update last year and hasn’t worked since 😩

It’s sucks the whole reason I wanted it was for when I was at work and if my kids text me I will be able to see it faster I might just tell my mom return it and I’ll just get an Apple Watch does basically the same thing just a little more pricey
