Charge 3 text notification issue Note 10 Plus

Are all the charge 3s having issues with not receiving text notification from ALL android devices??!! My charge 3 is not receiving any text notifications at all, but can still receive phone calls and other notifications from other apps. I chatted with someone from fitbit and he said that all android devices are having issues. I wanted to see if anyone was having issues with the text notification. Thank you!

Your phone is not on the Approved Devices list so may work for some functions and not others.

It worked yesterday after I activated my new phone. Note 10 plus. Then my phone got an update to the android 10 software, that's when it stopped working.

Really? So you have the android 10 software now? Guess then it's a Fitbit issue and they need to get an update out ASAP.

I am also having the same issue. I actually just came here to check and see if anyone else is having the same issue and if there was a fix. I'm glad t see it is not just me having this issue though. I also get all notifications, even phone calls, minus my text messages. Very annoying but hopefully they have a fix soon. I have a Galaxy S10 and also using Android 10 version. Thing for me is things were working fine even with the update initially but then it just randomly stopped giving me my text notifications.

Do any of your other apps work with your Fitbit? I get notifications from Twitter, I get notifications from words with friends, I get notifications from my weather app.  I even get notifications when someone is calling me. The only app that I don't get notifications from is the text message app.

Yes I get notifications for all my other apps that I have notifications turned on, except text messages. I do also get notified when I am getting a phone call as well. I get facebook, facebook messenger, instagram, gmail, etc. notifications all the time. Only notifications I do not get on my Charge 3 is text messages.

Yeah, same here. Seems like a Fitbit app issue. Hopefully they will come out with an update to correct this issue. Like soon!

As of this morning, I am no longer getting ANY notifications for any apps. I am not sure if this same thing is applying to you as well. Makes no sense. Especially since there have been no updates to anything between yesterday and today. Fitbit needs to get with the program.

Oh man, that's not good! Fortunately for me all my other apps are coming through to my charge 3. But my text messages are still not coming through to my charge 3. I agree that Fitbit needs to push an update to fix this issue. Even more so now that your not receiving ANY notifications. This is unacceptable!
