The display on my charge 3 stopped working yesterday.
ive tried a restart more than once. Things I have read say once plugged in to the charger, the battery symbol will be displayed. That isn’t happening. It’s just vibrating, and no face is appearing after me holding down the button. Again it just vibrates. I’ve also tried changing the clock face, which has worked for me in the past, but not this time. Very frustrating. Are there any other suggestions as I now don’t know what to do.

Try a Long Restart:
CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Connect the device to the charging cable.
While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
The device turns off.
The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

The same thing is happening to me as well. I only have three little lines of pixels that show when I try to turn on the screen. I've tried changing the clock face but it did not work

Dear Support, My Charge 3 is not working even though I follow the instruction but sync with mobile is working fine only display not working. Please advise where to contact , currently i am in Nepal.
