On some of my text I receive sound, has stopped working since connecting to Charge 3. Have researched online & tried all possibilities. Please help

Thanks for troubleshooting this notification issue. Can you please be more specific about the issue you are experiencing with your Charge 3? Are you receiving notifications? Which sound were you receiving?.
