Charge 3 too dim

Judging by the forums, this is a known issue! I cannot see the display unless in a dark room. I contacted Fitbit support and was just told oh, wait, we will let you know when we have a resolution. I am out of warranty so they won't replace it, even though this is something they caused. Not happy, Fitbit!

Yep, same response I get. Fitbit is not willing to stand by their product. Guess I will have just toss this one and get a different brand. Boo

Mine is under warranty and they still won't replace it. My screen is completely black now. I got the same response they're fixing it "soon." What a waste of money. I'm never buying another Fitbit because they cannot stand behind their products.

I have the same issue, can barely see my fitbit charge 3 inside the house and it is a black screen when trying to view outside, even in the shade.  I contacted customer support and they said there is nothing they can do as I am 1 month out of warranty and will give me 25% off the purchase of another fitbit... Um what?  You want me to give you more money for a **ahem** that you can't see when you are outside?  I am doing my research and Garmin is looking better every day.

Well, it is end of April 2020 and the issue is still there, pretty sure they won't or can't fix the issue.  Product support didn't even offer that they were trying to fix it.

Yeah, more than 6 months after I created this thread and it's still not fixed.  Other threads go as far back as last May, with no resolution.  I'm looking more into the Samsung watch, as much as I like FitBit and the community, this is crap.

I'm going to guess they've given up on fixing it.  I can't believe they are still selling it though, as I'm sure they will eventually get the same issue.
