my fitbit charge 3 touch screen not working. the battery is full. as suggested by other members I press the side button for 8-10 secs , however no smiley came up. the screen blink but touch did not work kindly reach me ASAP

Since the restart didn't work, I'd recommend to restart your Charge 3 using the 15-second method:
Also, if your device is still syncing, please try changing the clock face to a different one. The steps can be found at: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Best AnswerI’ve tried all of the above and the touch screen will work again initially but will stop working the next time I try to scroll thru. My device is less than 2 years old. I don’t feel like it should be breaking this soon. Any other suggestions? Thanks.
