Charge 3 touchscreen is not working

screen not responding to touch and is off centre.

Hi @Tracker1806, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen won't respond to touch.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the touchscreen feature works properly.
