Charge 3 touchscreen not working

 So I got mine a couple days ago but the touchscreen does not seem to be working. I tried swiping every which way and restarting the device multiple times but still nothing. I even had someone else try it in the event I was doing something incorrectly but still nothing. Tapping on the screen does nothing either. Anyone else having issues with it?

Still not sustaining the ability to respond to touchscreen.

Hello,

I have a problem with my fitbit charge 3 it vibrates and the screen turns on, but the touchscreen isent working so I cant scroll down and I cant select an exercise what would be the best thing to do please?

Throw away the device and get something that works from a company that offers reliable customer support.

This is by no means meant to impugn anybody’s integrity or anything. It is simply a fact that I painfully had to accept as a customer that was once very, very pleased with anything fitbit produced.

When I finally left behind the fitbit (and all the data and badges that I was really attached to), I came to enjoy other products and the very reliable operation they offer with better accuracy and features- since leaving fitbit behind, I have never again earned 10,000 steps while driving in a car, sedentary. Nor have I ever again earned floors of climbing stairs while riding in an elevator. And, my devices never freeze up or go blank like the fitbit did.

If I had any doubts about the move to better equipment, they were sufficiently eliminated by this email thread that keeps showing up years after the original complaint, which apparently never got fixed. Wow.

Thanks for reminding me again why I left fitbit. :))

Did you have anything like this just dont know if I can reset it or if it's broken

restarting my Fitbit resolved my issue of the touchscreen not responding to my swiping it with my finger. It worked as soon as I restarted it. Thank you.

Hi forum

I'm having a similar problem, the bottom half of my screen will not respond to touch, I've restarted it several times to no avail and I cannot physically do a factory reset because it's at the bottom of the settings on the watch

Is it possible that it needs to be repaired/replaced? I've had it just under a year
