I have a Charge 3. It has worked perfectly since I got it a year ago. I recently updated my iPhone to an iPhone 12 mini and I have had problems with the distance/pace. My watch gives me a distance with a pace that is an entire minute slower. When I track a run with just the app, it is about a half mile incorrect. I have struggled with this for about 4 months. I have tried EVERYTHING. About to sell this thing!

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, monitor your tracker during your workouts and see if it provides accurate distance and pace data.
