Charge 3 - unable to create a group

I have tried multiple times to create a group through the app but it denies every picture I try to use. It won't allow me to skip a picture. Anyone have any tips?

so...does this mean we are disallowed to create a group at this time? I am having the same problem and have tried going to the website on my Mac and don't even see the option to access or create groups from my dashboard. My app is up to date but I have the same issue, I can't create a group because it stops me at the photo section saying "access denied" it also said that when I tried to change my profile photo from the app. I had to go to the website to change my profile and cover photo. Is there a method for us to create a group via the website and if so would you please provide the steps?
