Okay, to explain. At first all was great. When first started using Charge 3 Fitbit, I could change settings in the App on my iPhone XR, such as brightness, alarms etc. Easy peasy. Perfect as easier to see. Then, about a year to 18 months later, did an update which MOVED the ability to change settings to the Fitbit itself. There the problems started. I would sometimes accidentally brush the screen, and it would change settings, esp the brightness, and then total darkness. No biggie so just kept using as a tracker only which i could see stats on my phone. But somehow, my Fitbit disconnected from the App and when prompted to type in 4 digit code that should show on Fitbit display screen, guess what….I can’t see it. Dark pitch black screen, remember? 😢 Is there a simple solution? Please help. Thank you.
