My Fitbit starting quickly blinking between screens and vibrating yesterday. I tried to restart- nothing changed. I let it charge all night last night and tried a hard restart again, but still nothing has changed. It wouldn’t allow me to sync on the app, or do anything for that matter, so I unpaired it from phone. Now I am unable to add it back on to my devices. It gets to the screen with a 4 digit code and nothing works. I tried the codes it gives me numerous times and every time it tells me there is a problem connecting my device. The crazy switching between screens, random vibrating, and button not working is still happening too. Can anyone help me?? I have really enjoyed my Fitbit and have only had it since February. Very disappointed and hope to get it working again soon!

Same problem. Just did update yesterday! Am on vacation out of country so no access to my desktop. Syncing with my phone but still having issues. Slow charging. Also, what does " DND" mean?

Did you all recently update to the new firmware?  I had the exact same symptoms after updating... and it seems like there are other's on the board here who might be having the same issue.  Might just be a coincidence, but sounds like the firmware updated might have killed some of the charge 3s...
