My Charge 3 became unresponsive to the screen and buttons 3 days ago. I reset it and got the smiley screen then a flat line. In a second attempt to reset, it started flashing/vibrating between a blank screen and the 'screen wake' screen. I forget how, but it stopped and worked for a few hours. Then this whole thing has repeated itself every day. Please help!
