Charge 3 vibrating constantly and randomly flashing

IveI've  my Charge 3 since October 2018, recently while wearing it, the screen wake wasn't working or coming on when tapped, then the button on the side was not registering either. I thought maybe the battery had died, so I charged and reset it, but once it came back on, it continued to flash the screen on and off while also vibrating like I am pushing the side button repeatedly. Resetting is not working, I bought it from REI but don't have the packaging anymore.

I have the same issue. My charge 3 keeps vibrating on movement. I did the short and long resets. Please help.

I would suggest contacting customer service. I had no way to fix this.
They sent me a new one very quickly. This one has been fine. I have had my
new one for about a year.

Also, just a head's up, mine began getting extremely hot and I had no way
to make it stop. I'd caution you to keep it on concrete or pavement, away
from anything flammable until it drains itself out. This is just as an
extra precaution.

My Fitbit charge 3 is blinking and vibrating also.  I have tried your advice for a long restart and reboot but neither worked.  My app has been uninstalled and reinstalled.  However my Fitbit is still blinking and vibrating.  I appreciate your time and help.

They ended up needing to replace mine =(
I suggest reaching out to customer services. They were good about it.
There was around an 8 or 9 day turnaround.

Mine also has the problem and the long reset did not change the situation. Is there another remedy?

Same problem for me. Can't get the restart to work either and it won't connect to my phone to even try to change the clock face. When I have it plugged in it show a download progress bar that is full, but doesn't change.

I am having this same problem. I can see that several other users have been experiencing this same issue between 2019-20. My Fitbit Charge 3 all of a sudden started vibrating randomly and flashing random screen displays. I have already followed the reset process, whilst in the charging cradle etc etc, which didn't work. Numerous times. The reset progress bar clicks along 1,2,3,4,5,6.... then black, then smiley face, they the random stuff just starts all over again. I have already had to replace the first one under warranty within about 6 months from the battery overheating problem that I can see on this Community Board too. But this replacement one is only about 10 months old. What should I do?...
