I have done a full reset

Still not working has the diamond shaped circles and vibrates even time I press the sides.

Not tracking any of my steps even though its synced to my phone.

Hi @Meekslp, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the vibration and tracking issues that your Charge 3 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get them resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and email. Please contact them with the reference number in case you need further assistance.
