Fitbit vibrating continously and screen is blank. Tried resetting unsuccessfully and it is also not charging properly so goes off after a few minutes and takes hours to charge to 1%.

 

Anyone experienced that? What can be done?

Hi @KofiA, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the constant vibration, screen and battery charging issues that your Charge 3 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and email. Please reply to their last email in case you need further assistance.
