Charge 3 weekly exercise isn't correct

I have my Fitbit set to show 7 out of 7 days for my weekly exercise goal. My exercise week starts on Sunday, but this doesn’t show up in my 1 of 7 days exercise for the week.

It recorded today, Monday, as my first day of exercise even though it is set for Sunday.  It has eliminated one day a week several times off and on.I returned my original HR 3 because of this and now my new one does the same thing!

It’s goofy, but I want to get credit for exercising 7 out of 7 days not get credit for only 6 days!  Also, when I try to manually log it when this happens, it over inflates my miles.  Thanks!

Welcome to the Community, @PK55.

Thanks for troubleshooting this weekly exercise goal issue. A weekly exercise goal helps you stay active. The American Heart Association recommendations 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity at least 5 days per week (source). To start, your goal is 5 days per week, but you can track your goal 1 to 7 days per week. Any exercise that your device records counts toward your goal.

To change your goal, make sure to follow the instructions provided in the help article: How do I track my health and fitness goals with the Fitbit app?.

Let me know the outcome.
