Earlier Fitbit Charge 3 showed a different screen ‘Screen Wake and Notifications. Tried to remove them couldn’t. So restarted the Fitbit. No change.
Saw suggestions to change the clock face. Did this twice. Screen still displayed Screen Wake and Notification.
Have now restarted 3 times. Tried changing clock face again - now iPhone can’t find the device.
Now buzzing and flashing different screens. So have had to take off.
Bought August 2019.

I did all if that the day before, several times, didn’t work. Just sent the watch into a buzzing/flashing frenzy. Recharged did it all again. Battery went flat in no time. Reset, plugged into PC. No change.
Next day all worked again??? What was that about!

My Charge 3 (10 months old) was working well till it went into a sudden and inexplicable fit of incessant vibrating and flashing and unstable screens. The battery crashed in minutes and thereafter the usual attempts of recharging, rebooting and resetting data proved to be futile. I connected it to my Mac and a horizontal while line across the center of the screen is all I got - until I disconnect it, and it goes totally dead.

I have restarted and rebooted my Fitbit Charge 3 multiple times and sadly the issues are still present.

Exactly what happened to my husband’s. Tried everything several times. Guess what after 24 hours, it’s back to normal Must be some sort of glitch at Fitbit’s end?

This is all happening to mine, too - vibrating incessantly, going back and forth between screens. It won't connect to my phone, it won't restart, but it does charge. Not sure what else I can do with this level of unresponsiveness from the charge 3.

I'm glad your husband's Charge 3 got OK.. mine continues to be dead and no amount of coaxing, cajoling, hoping or restarting seems to work. This is the THIRD Fitbit that I've had go nuts on me over the past few years and much as I like my Fitbit, I really ought to find a a more reliable alternative.

Mine is currently doing exactly the same.
Really annoyed at a lack of customer support on this.
Can anyone suggest a better tracker system?

Hi.. My under-warranty Charge-3 'seemed' to come back to normal but the readings and Heart Rate were dangerously misleading. I've now been waiting TWO MONTHS for my replacement and FitBit does not have a CLUE as to when I will get it. This is a ridiculously poor level of customer support I'd reckon. This message probably needs to be a tweet or on Insta for someone at FitBit to react.
