I have tried all the troubleshooting to restart my Charge 3. Cleaned the pins to ensure the charger is making contact with the pins on the back of the device, plugged it into my laptop to charge, tried different chargers, but it WILL NOT charge. I bought this in August last year. It is very disappointing that only 7 months old this has happened. Any ideas?

cannot restart my charge3 .gift from x-mas 2019. through a magnifying glass it looks as if a tip of the first pin (of 3 charger) is broken off. it not dirt.

As of a couple of days ago, I can only charge from my computer. I've tried multiple wall chargers. Nothing except the computer works. If there's not a solution soon, I will likely give up on Fitbit. Too bad, I've had Fitbit for years.
