I have gone through every step and nothing works. When I hold the button on the side of my Fitbit, it only shows DND, sleep & screen wake, but no notification. I received my fitbit as a birthday gift in July & it has never vibrated other than when I put it on the charger. Please Help.

Glad to see I'm not the only one. I've missed so many of my steps goals because it won't vibrate to notify me!!!! I've had this Fitbit for over a year and it stops vibrating every now and then. This time I can't get it to start up again. I'm about to go buy something else to track my steps.

Hi, welcome to the Community forums @Bayoubabe13 @SunsetRunner @thirdchildky, I'll be glad to help you with this.
Thank you for sharing this information about what you've been experiencing with the screen of the Charge 3 that is not turning on when you rotate your wrists, that its no longer vibrating and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried.
I understand that you already tried the standard restart procedure and that you've turned on the Screen Wake mode on your device. In addition to those steps, please make sure that you've tried to disable the Sleep Mode feature on the Charge 3. Press and hold the button, and swipe left to access the quick settings screen. When the sleep mode setting is on:
Sleep mode doesn't automatically turn off unless you set a sleep mode schedule.
Thank you for all the feedback you've provided, please keep me posted.
Davide, thanks for the offer. I went back yesterday and restarted it while connected to the computer, and made sure everything was turned on that should be. Surprisingly, this morning it started showing notifications again. I hope this will continue. Thanks.
