Charge 3 with Horizontal lines

Hello Fitbit Folks! I have a Charge 3 that has developed horizontal lines. I have done both the short and long restarts to no avail. I also saw someone suggest changing the clock face which I also tried with no luck. The horizontal lines are so prevalent that I can hardly read the display any more. Any help or further assistance would be greatly appreciated!

This happened to mine, I contacted customer support and they replaced it
