It has been just about a week now since my charge 3 stopped working. Have tried everything that it says to do including updating the app and it still will not sync. I'm now at a loss as what to do. Is this issue going to be fixed any time soon

Hi @GeenInteresse, welcome here. I'm glad to hear that the tips and recommendations I shared above did the trick for you.
Regarding your inquiry, if you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. For more information, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
@Pauline_M I appreciate you had followed what I suggested to you.

Hi there @Pauline_M, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 3 before reaching out.
Before anything else, I'd like you to make sure that the mobile phone you're using is included here Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
Moving on to the troubleshooting steps, please try the following:
1. Remove your Charge 3 from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings.
2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
3. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. If there is no connection, restart your Charge 3.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi @MarreFitbit,
I had the same issue that @Pauline_M mentioned and your troubleshooting steps did do the trick for me.
However, I seem to have lost all activity data since my last sync. There is no recorded HR, there are no step counts but I do have some data such as distance traveled en steps taken. Is there any way to retrieve this apparently lost data?
Kind regards,
Tim
