it’s been sometime time that I’ve used my Fitbit (years). It’s not synced to my account and I’ve had it charged day, after some time there’s an error code 001, when I try to do a long restart (which was suggested in another post who is having the same problem) the screen turns black and I am unable to do anything after other than waiting for the error code to show up. I have held the side button down for 15 and 60 secs on different occasions and nothing seems to be working.
This is all done while charged as well, I have tried one suggestion which is to hold it down for 15 secs, remove finger from the side button, and then from the charger, and replace on the charger. But again it doesn’t seem to work.
