hi!
my charge 3 have no more screen
it is just black but it vibe
i have tried the clock
8 second
15 second to off and restart
reset the fitbit app
but now i cant log anymore cause i dont see the log code
need help

I have the exact same problem. Vibrates, tried clock face thingy, short reset, long reset. Can't reconnect it to my phone because I can't see the code.
How do we contact Fitbit regarding warranty?
