Please please please help...My Fitbit Charger 3 was displaying 7 for the battery life and as usual I put it on charge.....within an hour & a half into charging it started to vibrate...when I went to look at it only displayed 35 percent of battery that it had charged and was vibrating...I didn't know what to do so I left it on charge until the 2 hour usual mark...in between getting to the 2 hours the Fitbit continued to vibrate and I checked again and the battery had reduced to 17 percent battery life and on the display it had the sign for battery was low...apart from this at no other time (apart from when I put on charge) did it display anything unusal
Your help is greatly appreciated I love my Fitbit and already missed it madly today.

Hi there @VitaArt74, welcome to the Community Forums. I totally understand how you feel about your Charge 3 not getting a charge. Thanks for the details provided and for letting me know that your Charge 3 was able to charge with your husband's charger.
We're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. Our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can.
First of all, I'd recommend you to check: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?, let's try to clean your charger and see if it works again.
However, as you bought it in last August, you're still within the one year warranty, so I've created a case to get you in contact with our Support Team about this. They will be able to work with you and review your options. Please keep a lookout in your inbox to the email address associated with this Fitbit account. Someone will be in contact with you soon!

Ok so I had a bright spark moment and thought of using my husband’s battery charger from his FitBit Charger 3...Anddddd it worked...it’s fully charged to 100%...now I have to work out how to order a new battery charger 🤷:female_sign:
If anyone knows please let me know...I’ve only had it since 1st August, 2019.....and still learning

Thank you soo much for your reply.
it did it today after charging it last night...I paid more attention to it as the battery started to die this afternoon...It comes up with a smiley face as though it’s trying to do its own soft reset; then completely shuts down and every couple of seconds it pulsates...but nothing happens 🤷:female_sign:
I’ll charge it as I want it for tomorrow...I’m missing all my motivational step reminders

Hi Fitbit,
I actually really need someone to email me...as I went from wearing my Fitbit Charger 3 everyday; then since the battery issue to wearing couple of days and then finally it's starts charging and holding battery life to this morning (while still having 20% battery left) vibrating and waking me from my sleep (I left in the kitchen).
I left it a while thinking someone must be analysing what must have or happened...but nothing to date. Now this, this morning...Please Fitbit don't leave me in the lurch.
You guys totally sorted my cable issues last time...and it was greatly appreciated. So please help.
