I got given my charge 3 for xmas 2019 I charged it up on Boxing Day no problem and now I’m back at uni and I can’t get it to charge at all. I’ve tried various different plug sockets and ports all my housemates have tried and none of us can get it to charge. It’s really frustrating as it was a gift. Any help much appreciated.
