Charge 3 won’t charge

I last charged my Fitbit Charge 3 about 5 days or so ago. I noticed two days ago that my battery was getting low and decided to put it on the charger overnight to charge it. When I woke up, it had not charged and was down to 18%. I thought maybe I didn’t connect the charger right that night and that’s why it didn’t charge. I wore my Fitbit like normal the whole day and put it on the charger again overnight, making sure that the Fitbit vibrated and gave me the battery charging animation. I woke up this morning to my Fitbit almost dead. I have tried everything that the website has suggested like cleaning the area on the Fitbit where the charger connects, changing the outlet, changing USB ports, restarting my Fitbit, and everything. After every change I made sure to wait at least 30 minutes, and sometimes up to two hours, without disturbing it to no avail. I’ve had my Charge 3 for almost a year now with no complaints what-so-ever. This problem came out of the blue and it’s honestly been taxing. I would like to know what to do next before I have to possibly make a claim for my warranty to help me out.

Welcome to the Forums, @AK_24.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this battery issue. It's great to hear that you will be receiving a new unit, at the moment of receiving it you can follow the instructions in the article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to set it up.

Happy stepping. 😉
