My Fitbit has trouble charging. When I first got it I had difficulty had to really play with it when connecting. Then it started charging well, but now it’s doing it again! Very frustrating!

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this battery issue. If your Charge 3 isn't charging, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and follow the instructions provided there.
