Charge 3 won't charge

Has anyone had to replace the battery in your Fitbit Charge 3? I’ve tried charging mine, with no success! I’ve contacted technical support and they offered me 25% off a new one! I've had my watch for 13 months!

No, I havent taken advantage of my "discount" yet, because Ive only had my watch 14 months,and as muchas I paid for it, I would think it would be an easy fix , or a battery to replace !!Rethinking about purchasing another one or not.
