Charge 3 won't charge

I've messaged on several occasion regarding my Fitbit Charge 3. There is a problem. I reported a problem regarding my the device battery issue in January, and also the red light on the back of the device.
 
After contacting support my device started to work; however, I am back again my device will not charge, and it is dead. I have followed all the steps in the community support, cleaning the back and also tried different ports.
 
My battery didn't seem to hold a charge very long either, and I was having to charge it daily. Currently I am not very happy with the product. This is the product that was replaced in July; therefore I have only had this product for 7 months and have had several issues.
 
I am very disappointed in Fitbit.
