Hi. I got my Charge 3 as a Christmas present in Dec 2018 and it has been great. Just tonight I noticed the battery symbol on the watch letting me know it was time to charge and at the same time I noticed a black line across the top of the screen and white lines running down the screen. I have tried all the suggestions I see on your page - rebooting, holding in button whilst plugged into charger, clearing history etc. but nothing worked - help !!!!

Thanks Wendy. I did contact Customer Support, as you suggested and they were super helpful. A pleasure to deal with and they have helped me 100%. Thank you for your advice

Thanks for your post Maria and Customer Support have been in contact with me over the past week or so and they are super helpful and efficient. I cant praise them enough - an absolute pleasure to deal with and i am all sorted with a replacement device on route as I type ( none of the troubleshooting suggestions that they gave worked for me ). I got my fitbit charge 3 within a few weeks of you and have the same problem. I called customer service and I can get a new fitbit charge 3 for ~ the same price I paid just over a year ago ($112). I am NOT happy. I'm just out of warranty and without a usable device. Why would I buy a fitbit product to have it die when it is less than 2 months out of warranty?

mofitz - did you get any satisfactory response from fitbit? I have the same issue and I got my fitbit charge 3 at the same time as you and I did NOT get a satisfactory response from customer service.

I received my Fitbit Charge 3 in Oct 2018 when they first came out. A few weeks ago I suddenly noticed my Fitbit would only hold a charge for a few days then only for 2 days. Today it will not hold any charge . The battery sign when you charge it will not even flash on. Ive tried all the trouble shooting as advised but it still won't charge . Please advise. Thank you!
